When we started Brothers Strong, we paid close attention to customer complaints about other remodeling companies and found that most remodeling problems are not related to leaky windows, sticky doors, or broken trim. Most problems are management issues, and we heard things like:

We are a general contractor that specializes in remodeling. Although Texas requires no licensing for remodelers, we have four Certified Graduate Remodelers on staff. The CGR program distinguishes professional remodelers who:

• Adhere to National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) standards of business practices
• Show a proven track record of successfully completing projects
• Complete relevant educational requirements, including ongoing training
• Maintain the proper insurance
• Pledge to uphold the CGR Code of Ethics

• We use a state-licensed architect to create all drawings instead of software that spits out a glossy imitation.
• We work where we live, and focus where we can give the best service: in the Willowbrook Mall area, Memorial, and the Galleria.
• We have pre-construction meetings to make sure everybody is prepared for the work before the first drop cloth is brought in.
• We meet each tradesman on site to confirm the scope of work, timing, and special concerns.
• Although the City of Houston does not demand inspections outside of its limits, we do, for all jobs requiring significant structural changes.
• The Strong Quality Assurance Program protects the integrity of every phase of the project.
• All our work carries a five-year warranty, although the industry standard is just one year.
